Maria E. Bennett

Maria joined the firm in 2013. She focuses her practice on real estate law and business law matters. She represents real estate clients in a variety of areas including title issues, purchase and sale, finance transactions and leasing. Maria also represents a wide range of business clients on issues including day to day operations, contracting and corporate governance, and business and asset acquisitions.


Prior to joining Pless Law Firm, LLC, Maria was an associate with a small boutique law firm in Denver, Colorado.


Maria graduated from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. While in law school, Maria served as a Managing Editor for the Federal Telecommunications Law Journal, worked in the Elmore Entrepreneurship Law Clinic and served as a Teaching Assistant. Prior to attending law school, Maria attended Colorado State University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science.


When not practicing law, Maria volunteers with several local organizations, including the alumni association at Colorado State University and as an academic mentor to a group of undergraduate

collegiate women.
